pph8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based Players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank, subject to availability and minimum transaction thresholds. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. pph8 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. pph8 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

pph8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pph8 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pph8's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pph8 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pph8 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pph8 processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have provided consent). pph8 does not sell your personal data to third parties. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
